Acceptable Use Policy

The forbidden uses of Archangel. Applies to every Customer, every Authorised User, and every consumer end-user of the Archangel App. Breach is a material breach of the MSA or Terms and terminates the license.

Document AX-AUP-1.0.0 Effective 2026-10-01 Publisher White Crown Enterprises Version 1.0.0
Archangel is a safety-mesh instrument. It exists to reduce harm. Any use that turns it into an instrument of harm is a fundamental breach — not a technicality — and will be enforced accordingly.

1. Forbidden uses

Customer and Authorised Users shall not use the Platform to:

  1. Surveil individuals on the basis of a Protected Characteristic including race, colour, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, pregnancy, or medical condition.
  2. Target individuals for political speech, association, affiliation, or lawful protest.
  3. Make an automated Determination of Guilt of any offense, or transmit the categorical output of the Platform to any downstream system that does so without a documented human-in-the-loop review.
  4. Use the Platform as a substitute for a warrant, judicial process, or other legal authorization required by applicable law for a given intrusion.
  5. Transmit, sell, license, or otherwise make available the categorical output of the Platform, or any derivative product, to a Sanctioned Party or to a party for the purpose of engaging in conduct prohibited by this Policy.
  6. Integrate the Platform with any system that produces autonomous use of force, whether kinetic or non-kinetic, against a person.
  7. Use the Platform to build a personal dossier on an individual, aggregate categorical Notifications into profile data, or attempt to re-identify a subject where the Platform has not identified them.
  8. Fine-tune, retrain, or otherwise adapt the Platform on data that is not lawfully in the Customer's possession, or on data of a jurisdiction that prohibits such use.
  9. Represent the Platform's output as a legal determination, forensic identification, or medical diagnosis.
  10. Reverse engineer, benchmark, or publish evaluations of the Platform without WCE's prior written consent.
  11. Deploy the Platform in a Coverage Area outside the envelope described in the applicable Field Acceptance Report, or in a jurisdiction where the deployment would be unlawful.
  12. Circumvent, disable, or degrade any security feature of the Platform, or use credentials issued to another person.
  13. Attempt to extract, copy, or infer any part of the Trade-Secret Schedule.
  14. Use the Platform to harass, stalk, intimidate, or coerce another person.
  15. Use the Platform to violate a court order or restraining order.

2. Definitions specific to this AUP

"Determination of Guilt" means an automated decision that a person committed a specific act or offense, taken without a documented, contemporaneous human review that would have reached the same conclusion on the same underlying facts. "Protected Characteristic" bears the meaning given in the applicable anti-discrimination law of the jurisdiction of the Coverage Area, and, where the Coverage Area is in the United States, includes the characteristics enumerated in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and analogous state laws.

3. Reporting a suspected breach

If you become aware of a use of the Platform that violates this AUP, report it to abuse@whitecrownenterprises.com. WCE will investigate promptly and, where required, take action up to and including suspension or termination of the license and referral to authorities.

4. Consequences of breach

A breach of this AUP is a material breach of the MSA or Terms. WCE may, in its sole reasonable discretion, (a) suspend affected credentials or Coverage Areas immediately, (b) terminate this Agreement under Section 6.3 of the MSA or the corresponding provision of the Terms, (c) preserve records for lawful process, and (d) pursue any other remedy at law or in equity.

This AUP is incorporated by reference into every MSA and every Terms of Service governing use of the Platform.
